Overnight 3rd Direct Support
Awake $22.50
Resting $19.00
Summary
The Awake Overnight DSP is responsible for remaining alert and available throughout the shift while providing assistance as needed to ensure each individual's health, safety, and overall wellbeing.
A Resting Overnight DSP provides care and supervision for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the night. While a private sleeping area is provided, the DSP remains on-site to assist with scheduled nighttime needs, personal care, and any developing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift
Provide personal care and support as needed
Ensure individuals' health, safety, and wellbeing needs are met
Follow all individualized care plans and report concerns to nursing staff or management
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy
Complete household cleaning tasks during shift
Objectively and accurately document nightly responsibilities
Promote respectful communication and positive interactions consistent with company values
Maintain a positive, productive team environment with individuals, families, coworkers, management, and community partners
Attend and successfully complete all required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma or GED; Valid driver's license with a good driving record

3rd Shift Awake: $23.50 per hour
  • Coventry: Wed/Thurs/Fri & Every Other Sat 10pm-8am = 30 hours & 40 hours every other week

3rd Shift Resting: $19.00 per hour
