  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and department leaders to coordinate integrated patient care
  • Educate nursing staff on clinical decision-making, regulatory standards, and publicly funded healthcare systems such as Medicare and Medicaid
  • Conduct staff meetings, assist CNO/ACNO in investigating complaints, and promote the hospital's mission, vision, and standards across all nursing shifts

What we're looking for:

  • Knowledge of professional nursing practices, including psychiatric nursing, infection control, and emergency response
  • Understanding of supervisory principles and the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills grounded in evidence-based practice
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a secure, high-acuity environment
  • Commitment to professional development and awareness of community resources that support patient care

Who should apply?
