Job description

CRBR Property Damage Services is looking for an experienced Construction Technician to join our team. If you have solid construction experience, can work independently, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform demolition and jobsite cleanup
  • Install doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, and drywall
  • Patch, texture, and paint walls
  • Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Build and repair walls, framing, and roofing components
  • Perform emergency services such as board-ups and roof tarps
  • Use mobile apps to update job progress daily
  • Work safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
  • Assist and mentor less experienced technicians

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of construction experience OR 5+ years in a specialized trade
  • Strong drywall skills required
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Own hand tools and reliable transportation to haul tools
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs
  • Good communication and customer service skills
