What are the main responsibilities of a drywall estimator project manager?

A Drywall Estimator Project Manager is responsible for assessing project blueprints and specifications to accurately estimate the materials, labor, and costs needed for drywall installation. They prepare and submit bids, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, and manage project timelines and budgets. Throughout the project, they oversee crews, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with other construction professionals to keep the project on track and within budget.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a drywall estimator project manager?
