This role is ideal for someone who understands the drywall business inside and out, can drive performance, and wants to play a major role in scaling a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor Project Managers, ensuring strong execution and accountability
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Review contracts, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, architects, and internal teams

  • Monitor job cost, productivity, and overall profitability across the division
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Troubleshoot project challenges and drive solutions in real time

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and finishes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Experience leading and developing project teams
  • Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanGrid, or similar

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)

What’s in It for You
  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Clear path for advancement within a growing company
  • Opportunity to lead and build out a key division
