Develop cutting edge Drupal based web solutions. 

Ability to create Drupal modules to solve problems. 

Build fully functional systems and components based on provided specifications. 

Responsible for all development tasks within assigned projects including estimates, scopes, approaches, schedules and expectations. 

Identify and report development status and roadblocks to senior developers and project managers in a timely manner. 

Collaborate with cross passionate professionals in cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Marketing & Analytics, UX & Design) to build exceptional solutions. 

Contribute to the Drupal development community through internal presentations, blog posts, and suggestions for improving development practices.


Desired Skills & Expertise 

7 to 10+ years of experience programming in procedural or OOP with PHP 5.3+. 

Experience working in Drupal 7 CMS. 

Functional knowledge of the full stack (Apache, MySQL, PHP.) 

Understanding of web protocols and methods such as Git. 

Proficient at writing reusable and modular code. 

Ability to review core or contribute codebase, correctly extending Drupal when needed. 

Experience creating Drupal modules to solve problems. 

Capable of working as part of a cross-functional team or individually, making best use of time allotted. 

Can effectively debug code with PHP debuggers (xdebug), or browser debugger like Chrome (devtools) and find problems within existing systems. 

Continue to increase knowledge of application level design and development.
