Job description

Job Description We are actively seeking a seasoned Drupal Architect with extensive experience in Acquia Site Factory and Acquia Site Studio to join our client's dynamic team. As a Drupal Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for Drupal projects, optimizing platform configurations, and ensuring best practices are at the forefront of all projects. What You'll Do: Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Drupal websites leveraging Acquia Site Factory and Acquia Site Studio.

Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, and deliverables, and set expectations on tasks that you will drive. Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless and high-quality project execution. Optimize configurations and deployments in the Acquia environment, ensuring scalability and performance.

Implement best practices in terms of site building, theming, and custom module development in Drupal. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. Ensure security standards are met by incorporating the latest security patches and advisories.

Manage code deployments, patches, updates, and other maintenance tasks. Assist in pre-sales activities, project estimations, and proposals. Stay updated with the latest trends in the Drupal community and Acquia platform, ensuring technology stacks are up to date.

Must Haves: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of [X years] of experience in Drupal development with a focus on Acquia products. Proven experience with Acquia Site Factory and Acquia Site Studio.

Deep understanding of Drupal's architecture, APIs, module development, and theming. Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps tools, and best practices. Proficient with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
