Job Title : Drupal Solution Architect

Profile Summary:
Digital Technologies team is looking for a Drupal Solution Architect that can help plan and implement a best in class publishing platform built on Drupal 8 and Acquia Cloud. You will work closely with our IT teams and business leaders to establish requirements and technical plans for the future platform. As the Architect, you should have a solid understanding of Drupal 8, Acquia cloud and various marketing technology platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Newscred, Workfront, etc. While this isn't a developer position, you should have enough developer experience to be able to code and prototype working requirements or be able to work with developers on implementing final solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience build large-scale websites and publishing platforms that allow non-technical users to create content, review metrics and accelerate the time to market.
Profile Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze business/technical requirements, architect innovative, scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Design applications and platforms late leverage Drupal's core functionality and implement custom solutions when it's really needed.
  • Participate in daily huddles, travel occasionally and work with other distributed teams.
  • Provide documentation, lead code reviews, attend planning sessions.
  • Assist in the creation of estimates, provide recommendations on solutions and help prioritize features.

Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience building/architecting Drupal sites on various levels, from Site Building to Development.
  • Advanced experience with Drupal architecture, best practices and coding standards.
  • Advanced experience in Drupal 8, LAMP Stack (PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Experience creating architecture diagrams, process flows, network diagrams, etc.
  • Basic understanding of new UI Technologies and decoupled CMS architectures, such as Angular, Web Components and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience with continuous integration best practices and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with Selenium or similar automated testing frameworks.
  • Passionate, dependable and committed to the greater good of the team and company.
