Position Summary
Hadco Metals, US Corporate Headquarters in Bensalem, PA is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the HR Manager. ย We are looking for someone passionate about people, as well as a workforce wizard to wear many hats, assisting with payroll, benefits, LOA, recruiting, enforcing policies/procedures, and much more!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company benefit offerings, guiding employees through plan options during onboarding and beyond.
- Oversee pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and drug testing in accordance with multi-state employment regulations.ย
- Verify, process and maintain I-9 documentation to ensure eligibility compliance.
- Create and maintain personnel files for new and existing personnel.
- Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
- Provide backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Oversee the procurement and tracking of company-wide employee uniforms.
- Assist with safety protocols and corporate training initiatives.ย
- Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution. Draft and administer formal corrective action disciplinary documentation.
- Support the company recruiter in attracting qualified talent, conduct candidate interviews and assist the full recruitment lifecycle.ย
Requirements

- Time management, strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Willingness to take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read and write English
Preferred:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field or 2+ years progressive experience in HR
- Familiarity of employment laws for federal and states including OK, CA, NY and PA
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Paylocity
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
