Position SummaryĀ
TheĀ MaleĀ Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Youāll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is anĀ entry-level positionĀ with opportunities for growth within the company.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Greet and check in patients at the testing centerĀ
- Conduct observed urine collections withĀ maleĀ patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirementsĀ
- Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratoryĀ
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing siteĀ
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standardsĀ
- Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required
ScheduleĀ
- Part-time:Ā about 13 hours per weekĀ
- Must haveĀ flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needsĀ
- Primary hours:Ā 2 rotating days per week 5:45am-11:30am and then 4:30-5:30pm
- You'd start in Hopkinsville from 5:45am-7:30am, then driving to Greenville for 9am-11:30am, have aĀ large break in the day until you'd begin again in Hopkinsville from 4:30-5:30pm.
- Schedules are provided approximately one month in advanceĀ

QualificationsĀ
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredĀ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentialityĀ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsĀ
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgroundsĀ
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periodsĀ
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driverās licenseĀ
