Will mirtazapine show up on a drug test?

Mirtazapine is not typically detected on standard drug tests, which usually screen for substances like opioids, THC, amphetamines, cocaine, and benzodiazepines. However, specialized tests can identify mirtazapine or its metabolites if specifically requested. As a drug testing female, it's important to know the type of test being used and whether it includes screening for prescription medications.
