As a Registered Nurse (RN), You Will:
  • Assist with direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Assess and monitor patients according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and RN scope of practice.
  • Obtain and document vital signs and patient health information.
  • Assist providers and clinical staff with patient care and clinic procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the RN scope of practice.
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate provider.
  • Accurately document patient care, assessments, and observations in the medical record.
  • Provide patient education and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all facility policies and safety procedures.

To Qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN) With Us:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Previous outpatient, clinic, or direct patient care experience preferred.
  • Two positive professional work references.
  • Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with providers and clinical staff.
