The Operations Specialist will have the opportunity to be the 'interim' Residence Director if a community is without one, and once one is hired, train and transition back work the duties.
Responsibilities--Operations Specialist
  • All community oversight to include nursing/care, dining and dietary, maintenance and housekeeping, and life enrichment activities in vacant communities in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations.
  • Once a new Residence Director is hired, the Operations Specialist is to assist in conducting training and onboarding of new associate.
  • This role will have travel to the community you will be assisting, as needed, in the Oklahoma market.
  • This position may assist multiple communities at the Regional Director's discretion.

Requirements
Requirements--Operations Specialist
  • Required: Sincere passion for working with seniors
  • Required: Demonstrated success in administration of a senior living community
  • Required: 2 years experience in an operations leadership role
  • Required: administrator's license or applicable certification as required by the state
  • Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Required: Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
