LEAD Direct Support Professional (DSP) FT

Advancing Opportunities, an affiliate with Apis Services is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Full-time Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) position at our Jackson area Group Home to support adults with intellectual disabilities.
Leads will work closely with Group Home Managers to support clients, communicate with various outside agencies, client guardians, doctors. Work to ensure compliance and all aspects as assigned by the manager are done to meet standards of care for clients.
SHIFT: Sunday to Thursday 3pm-11pm.
Rate: 19.70 / $20.70 weekends.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 18 years or older.

  • Consent to State, Federal Criminal Background Checks.
  • Drug Screen; Pre-Employment Physical, PPD.
  • Complete all orientation, pre-service training as required.
