Job Summary
CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and adaptable General Worker/Relief to perform various essential tasks across our manufacturing facility. This role involves providing support to different departments, ensuring smooth operations, and stepping in as needed to cover absences or assist with increased workload.

Job Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety protocols.
* Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials, supplies, and finished products.
* Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and waste removal.
* Support various departments by performing general labor tasks, such as packing, sorting, assembly, or material handling.
* Cross-train in multiple roles to provide relief coverage for absent employees or during peak production periods.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to appropriate supervisory personnel.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
