As we grow, we are building the pipeline, partnerships, and pitches that turn bold creative ideas into revenue.What This Role Is AboutThe Business Development Representative is the go-to execution partner for our sales and leadership team. This is the person who takes a request and runs with it, whether that means researching a prospect, drafting outreach, setting a meeting, building a pitch deck, or coordinating creative for a proposal. You will sit at the center of our business development engine, keeping opportunities moving from first outreach through proposal and deal progression, and helping turn leadership's vision into polished, client-ready materials.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by fast-paced work, and who wants to grow inside a company where creative spectacle meets real revenue. You will own the day-to-day work that makes deals happen.
What You'll Do:Sales & Business Development
  • Research and build outreach lists too target prospective clients across sports, entertainment, agencies, municipalities, and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (LemList, Hubspot Sequences, Zoom Info, Etc.)
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure rapid follow-up.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM, pipeline, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Build executive briefing documents before meetings.
  • Conduct industry, sponsorship, competitive, and company research.
  • Move opportunities forward from initial outreach through proposal development and deal progression.
  • Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate research, outreach, proposal development, meeting summaries, and productivity.
  • Continuously improve workflows through automation and AI.
Pitch, Proposal & Creative
  • Build highly professional, customized pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and pricing materials.
  • Coordinate proposal timelines across leadership, creative, finance, and operations.
  • Brainstorm campaign concepts tailored to each client.
  • Manage revisions through proposal and contracting.
  • Maintain a centralized library of decks, outbound sequences, prospect lists, videos, renderings, pricing templates, case studies, and collateral.
Executive & Business Development Support
  • Serve as the execution partner to the leadership team.
  • Prepare leadership for meetings and presentations.
  • Draft executive emails and client communications.
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-through.
  • Track outreach, relationships, follow-ups, and next steps so no opportunity goes cold.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day projects and requests from leadership, executing them independently with minimal direction.
  • Support onsite activations and major client events as requested by leadership.
What Makes You Successful in this role:

  • Self-starter who takes ownership with minimal direction.
  • Previous sales, business development, or marketing experience is a plus.

  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple Keynote presentation design.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist (or similar), and AI tools for sales productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
