Performance Drone Works (PDW) is building the next generation of tactical robotic systems used across defense, national security, and public safety missions. We are building a new center of engineering excellence to design our new category of tactical robotic systems and the industrial capacity to deliver them, bringing decisive airpower into the hands of every operator. You will join a team of operators, engineers, and builders who solve hard problems with humility and focus. We design and produce multi-mission aerial systems that operators trust to perform in real-world conditions, reliably, repeatedly, and at scale. Our approach is grounded in operator-centered design, rapid iteration from field use, and U.S.-based manufacturing. Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an Endpoint Management Administrator to join our growing Information Technology team.
What You'll Do
  • Configure, image, and prepare laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices for new hires and refresh cycles.
  • Ensure assigned devices receive the correct profiles, configurations, applications, compliance policies, and baseline assignments based on role or department.
  • Administer endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices through Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and related tools.
  • Monitor device compliance, patch status, encryption, antivirus, and overall security posture.
  • Apply, validate, and troubleshoot configuration profiles, policies, applications, endpoint agents, remediation scripts, and baseline assignments.
  • Respond to compliance alerts and execute device remediation tasks.
  • Manage mobile application management policies for corporate and BYOD mobile access, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace app protection configurations.
  • Maintain documentation for imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and escalation workflows.
  • Partner with IT Operations, Identity, and Security teams on endpoint standards, device trust, conditional access, and access policy requirements.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in device management, endpoint administration, MDM/UEM administration, or related IT operations within an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience provisioning and imaging laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with MDM/UEM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar administration tools. Strong understanding of compliance management, encryption, patch status, and endpoint security posture.
  • Ability to deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications across multiple platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across device performance, system errors, connectivity, and software issues.
  • Experience collecting logs and performing root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with security tools, conditional access, antivirus, and compliance workflows.
  • Experience with asset lifecycle management including inventory, refreshes, and disposals. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred
  • Experience with advanced Intune administration, remediation scripts, reporting, or automation.
  • Knowledge of macOS administration via Jamf or cross platform UEM solutions.
  • Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for endpoint automation or remediation.
  • Background in regulated or fast paced IT environments (manufacturing, defense, engineering, etc.).

Work Environment
  • This position includes the following:
  • Operates primarily in a professional, climate-controlled office, warehouse, manufacturing and shipping environment. At times, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety gloves, goggles, and hearing protection may be required.
  • Employee will also work outdoors to load and receive shipments, where they may be exposed to the elements, including heat, rain, and cold.
  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with occasional overtime as operational needs may require.
  • Fast paced environment with moving, packing, and staging shipments
