Job Description:
Summary:
This role is a core member of the Prime Air Product Support Organization (PSO) Engineering team, serving as the first line between operator/maintainer experiences and design engineering improvements or mitigations. Strong cross-functional engineering fundamentals (mechanical, electrical, software development basics) skills are essential, as well as strong technical communication and documentation skills. Your ability to translate complex system functions into digestible insights and summarize effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to success in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
* Experience scripting in modern program languages
* Experience in project management
* Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Aviation or Aerospace experience
* Experience with drone systems
- Experience working with operations teams to resolve urgent issues
* Use of engineering project management software such as JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools
