This position reports to the Dean, School of Health.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver curriculum, monitor, and make recommendations as appropriate to maintain course effectiveness; assist in program evaluation.
- Effective management of the classroom and/or laboratory.
- Promote and engage in student recruitment, retention and completion goals fostering a culture of professionalism and inclusive learning.
- Monitor and assess student learning outcomes and provide timely and frequent feedback to students on academic performance.
- Participate in advisory and/or institutional committees.
- Maintain certification, continue professional development and stay current in field and/or discipline.
INSTRUCTION PROGRAM SPECIFIC - Develop relationships with business and industry.

- At least two years (4,000 hours) of experience working as a Registered Nurse;of which at least one year must be in the provision of long term care
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Wisconsin (WI State Board of Nursing requirement)
Additional Qualifications:- Included in the above experience, candidate must have at least 2 years (4,000 hours) of demonstrated relevant occupational experience of which 1 year (2,000 hours) is within the last five years
OR - At least 1 years (2,000 hours) of demonstrated relevant occupational experience AND 2 years (4 semesters) of full-time (8 semesters of part-time) post secondary teaching experience within the last five years
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:- Ability to work in a fast pace agile environment.
