Job description

We are seeking an Office Assistant - Events Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and you will take part in fulfilling all kinds of event related tasks and needs at our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments.
  • Track Packages.
  • Greet and assist customers at events.
  • Driving company vehicles, running errands, delivering, installing and setting up.
  • Help loading/unloading and fulfilling events.
  • Cleaning and maintaining company property and equipment.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Support Event Planners and Production Team.
  • Empty Garbage/sweep floor/basic cleaning tasks of all types.
  • Perform all other office tasks and provide assistance at events of all types.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • ​Strong organizational skills.
  • Clean Driving Record.
