Job description

Houston’s Moving and Storage is currently hiring professional movers and drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for the best of the best — hardworking individuals who are coachable, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of delivering a 5-star customer experience.

We are building a strong, dependable team and looking for people who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and show up ready to perform every day.

Positions Available

Professional Movers

  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Load and unload customer belongings safely and efficiently
  • Wrap and protect furniture properly
  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the move

Drivers / Movers

  • Pay: $20 per hour
  • Responsible for picking up moving trucks from our commercial accounts including:
    • U-Haul
    • Budget
    • Penske
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have experience driving box trucks from 10 ft to 26 ft
  • Must be comfortable driving throughout the Phoenix metro area and beyond

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • The majority of our jobs are spread throughout Arizona, so dependable transportation is extremely important
  • Professional moving experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy furniture safely
