About the role

codeCampus is seeking to hire and train Assistant Instructors in the Fresno area for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.
As an Assistant Instructor, you will:

  • Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area
  • Work with Lead Instructors to teachย STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum
  • Teach students in grades K - 8th

About you

This role is great for early-career educators who have availability and are looking to gain experience. Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Available to start training immediately (paid)
  • Availableย to work the remainder of the 2024-2025 school yearย and beyond
  • Available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridayย from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM and Tuesdays from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driverโ€™s license
  • Willing to go through our professional development training program

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.
