C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Shop Support team member to join our growing operation. We specialize in power plants, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations. The right person will help keep our shop running efficiently, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and warehouse environment
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs
  • Pull parts and materials based on direction from the service team
  • Stock and restock inventory as needed
  • Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs to ensure they are safe and operational
  • Maintain tool and equipment sign-in/sign-out logs
  • Assist with routine maintenance and basic upkeep of company vehicles, including recordkeeping
  • Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable
  • Assist the Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed

Job Benefits
  • Salary Range: $35+/hour DOE

Requirements
