Job description

Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a home-daily local dedicated account based in Bluffton, IN. Deliver pre-loaded dry van trailers from a regional distribution center to retail grocery stores throughout Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky — averaging 3-4 stops per load and about 1,750 miles per week.

Pay: $0.81 CPM (0-450 mi) / $0.65 CPM (451+ mi), plus $15 stop pay, $20/hr detention after the first hour, and $80 layover pay when applicable. Drivers are averaging $1,800-$1,900/week ($98,800/year). Pick up a 6th day and average climbs to $2,500/week.

Schedule: Home daily. 5 days on with 2 consecutive days off (6th day optional). Current openings are all day-shift.

Bonus: $3,000 sign-on (paid over your first 90 days). $500 referral bonus.

Equipment: Late-model automatic day cabs and sleepers.

Freight: Not a no-touch account — drivers assist with unloading totes sitting on top of palletized freight.

Requirements: 23+, valid Class A CDL, minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, clean MVR/safety record. Must live within 40 miles of 46714 (Bluffton, IN).
