Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability are crucial soft skills for coordinating with drivers and customers. These skills ensure timely deliveries, safe handling of cargo, and smooth logistics operations.

This role is essential in sectors like delivery services, moving companies, and public transportation. Drivers Assistants often work as part of a team and may have customer service responsibilities during deliveries.
