Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Document patient care and progress in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospice or home health care is a plus.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
