Job description

This is an entry level position with room to grow as an employee. As a shredding truck driver, you will get the opportunity to work with and meet new people every day.

This is not your typical driving job. We are looking for someone who is personable and can communicate well with customers from various backgrounds. You will service 15-25 customers a day, most of which are routine, but some of which have a one-time need for shredding. For these customers, you will fill our bins with paper and shred them with our state of the art trucks.

Unlike an OTR driver, you will be home every night and apart from a few Saturdays per year, you will have weekends and holidays off. PTO is accrued given years of service. Annual bonuses are given based on team effort, safety, and performance. Commission is given to drivers who convert a one-time purge customer to a routine customer (ranges from $50-$250). A college degree is NOT required for this position.
