The Driver Recruiter at MNS1 Express, plays a critical role in our growth and success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to meet the operational needs of the company. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled drivers. The Driver Recruiter collaborates closely with the operations team to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Success in this role directly impacts the company’s ability to maintain efficient logistics and timely deliveries, which are essential for customer satisfaction and business growth. Ultimately, the Driver Recruiter contributes to building a strong, reliable workforce that supports the company’s long-term transportation growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience recruiting CDL commercial truck drivers (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of driver qualification requirements and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
