Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service Industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ride along with CDL drivers to assist with daily delivery routes.

  • Load/unload products at customer locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by hand.

  • Provide outstanding customer service at every stop — be the friendly face of QCD.

  • Assist with paperwork, route documentation, and accurate order verification.

  • Help guide trucks safely during tight turns, loading docks, and parking situations.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both in the vehicle and at customer sites.

What You’ll Do:

Ride along with CDL drivers to assist with daily delivery routes.

Load/unload products at customer locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by hand.

Provide outstanding customer service at every stop — be the friendly face of QCD.

Assist with paperwork, route documentation, and accurate order verification.

Help guide trucks safely during tight turns, loading docks, and parking situations.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both in the vehicle and at customer sites.

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active role — you'll need to be comfortable with:

Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs

Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs

Working in cold environments (freezer, cooler, and ambient trailer zones)

Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling for much of your shift

Exposure to varied weather conditions throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in food distribution or frozen food handling preferred

  • Ability to read labels, verify orders, and follow delivery instructions accurately

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Excellent attendance and reliability are a must
