  • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

  • Local Routes available: Owatonna, Mankato or Albert Lea area
  • Hourly Pay Rate: Hourly wage plus shift differential

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Travel to accounts to confirm proper levels of product are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained along assigned routes
  • Assist in training new merchandisers to ensure they can independently perform all required duties
  • Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed
  • Conduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly serviced
  • Utilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account execution
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • 7 months plus of general work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
  • Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation.  Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.  Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
  • Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree
