Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Driver who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Delivery Driver, common activities will include driving and delivering items, communication with managers and retrieving items from outlying stores, running errands, driving safely, assisting in warehouse duties as needed and other duties as assigned.
A successful Warehouse Driver at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:
  • A "can do" attitude- the ability to actively listen to guests & the confidence to suggest meal & gift items to first time guests & returning regulars.
  • The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked.

A successful Warehouse Driver at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:
  • The successful candidate is one with a clean driving record, clean cut appearance and professionalism. Promptness and attention to detail is required.
  • Job requires driver to deliver orders to stores around Utah. Could also include other special assignments.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist)
  • Must be able to work quickly and carefully
  • We provide the vehicle, insurance and fuel
  • The qualified individual will have direct responsibility over maintaining pace with all deliveries. This person will communicate with store managers, corporate personnel and employees on a regular basis.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
