Yard Driver Manager - $60k-$65K Salary+ Monthly Bonuses!
Seeking an experienced Yard Driver Manager to oversee driver operations for a well-known distribution center in Chambersburg, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and direct the activities of yard jockeys on all shifts for an operation that runs 24/7.
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety and maintenance standards.
  • Maintain driver schedules and timecards.
  • Make sure all drivers are following yard procedures.
  • Coordinate driver training.
  • Review safety and productivity information and adjust accordingly.
  • Evaluate, develop, and supervise all yard drivers.
  • Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers as a full shift driver.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • $60,000 - $65,000 salary
  • Up to a $1,000 monthly bonus based on key performance goals
