Closet Factory located in Cheshire, CT

Closet Factory – Designs, manufactures, and installs high-quality custom storage solutions throughout the home. As a family-owned and operated company with over 50 years in business, we’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship, service, and long-term relationships. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an Installation Helper to our close-knit team.

Position Overview

As an Installation Helper, you will assist our installers with projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full installer role over time. You’ll support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients while building valuable skills in custom cabinetry and storage installation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of custom cabinetry and storage systems
  • Follow Closet Factory installation processes and quality standards
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Maintain a professional attitude while working in customers’ homes
  • Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
  • Use basic hand and power tools (minimum tools required)
  • Learn and develop installation skills under guidance of experienced installers
