Working alongside our drivers, Driver Helpers assist with unloading deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall delivery experience for customers across the food industry. Based on the responsibilities and requirements provided, this position focuses on supporting route deliveries, handling touch freight, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

We're looking for a Driver Helper who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in supporting the team, and is committed to delivering exceptional service at every stop.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of company products
  • Unload products at customer locations, including touch freight deliveries
  • Accurately place products according to customer requirements
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service during delivery interactions
  • Help ensure products remain secure and protected throughout the delivery process
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, trailers, and work areas
  • Sweep pallets and clean the trailer and cab at the end of each shift
  • Support inventory handling and product movement during deliveries
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with additional transportation and delivery-related duties as assigned
