CDL Hiring Process Specialist - Driver Documentation & Placement Support

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a detail-oriented recruiting professional to help qualified CDL drivers complete the documentation and follow-up required during the hiring process.

This position supports candidates after initial qualification and helps maintain an organized process through application completion and placement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work with qualified CDL driver candidates

Track required application and recruiting documentation

Follow up with drivers regarding incomplete information

Maintain accurate applicant records and status updates

Coordinate recruiting next steps

Help candidates understand application requirements

Support recruiters with candidate progress and placement activity

Maintain detailed notes and follow-up schedules

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent organization and attention to detail
