Prior experience operating an articulating boom crane or other heavy equipment preferred.Functional Skills: Ability to safely drive/operate a commercial truck/trailer and operate a 10-speed manual transmission, has a good understanding of the DOT regulations and is qualified to drive a vehicle in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Regulations. Good math skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, capacities, and time/distance.Certifications: Valid CDL, Class A Driver's License, with a clean driving history. Ability to become forklift certified – as needed per location.Technology Aptitude/Other: Basic computer skills to use mobile device for logging information and tracking time.Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. The employee regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and may work with material handling equipment, as well as packaged, cement-based products such as grouts, cleaning, and sealing chemicals for tile and stone.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle and feel, and to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, climb, or balance, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
