Job description

Job Summary
Load, transport and deliver propane to customers. Complete all aspects of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
  • Follow Company safety standards and report issues.
  • Complete pre/post trip inspections on transport vehicle and equipment.
  • Understand all facets of propane systems.
  • Load and unload propane from transport vehicle.
  • Fill customers propane tanks.
  • Ensure delivery route is completed efficiently.
  • Act as customer service representative and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect payments timely and appropriately.
  • Respond to customer calls and ensure that customer concerns are resolved promptly and appropriately.
  • Proper OOg procedure and documentation
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate licensure including:
  • Applicable State licenses
  • NPGA certified

Additional
  • Assist in setting tanks, tank maintenance, and so forth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
  • Two or more years experience in propane or fuel delivery or an associated industry.

  • Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
