Who We Are:
Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distributor that has proudly served communities across Idaho and Montana for four generations.

Job Summary:
Driver Helpers support local delivery routes within an assigned territory, working with drivers to get product safely and efficiently to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
  • Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
  • Rotate product according to company standards.
  • Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product.
  • Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Able to use standard handheld computer devices.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing 20–30 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. to waist height.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a range of weather conditions.
