How does a Driver Agent typically collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams during daily operations?

As a Driver Agent, you will regularly communicate with dispatchers to receive assignments, report on trip progress, and update schedules in real time. Collaboration with customer service teams is also common, especially when addressing client requests, resolving delivery issues, or handling special instructions.
