Job description

We are seeking a highly reliable and professional Personal Driver to assist a busy top-producing Real Estate Agent. In this role, your primary responsibility is to safely navigate traffic between property showings, client meetings, and the office using the agent's provided vehicle. By taking the wheel, you allow the agent to safely focus on phone calls, emails, and client negotiations from the passenger seat.

If you are a safe driver who knows the local area well and values a flexible schedule with steady, predictable hours (30-40 per week), this is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the unpredictability of gig work and enjoy a consistent income without putting miles on your own car.

What You Will Do

  • Safe Transport: Drive the agent to and from property tours, listing appointments, and office meetings safely and efficiently in their vehicle.
  • Route Planning: Proactively map out the most efficient routes for daily tours to ensure the agent is always on time.
  • Vehicle Upkeep: Ensure the agent's vehicle is consistently clean, fueled, and presentable for client ride-alongs.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy and discretion, as you will be present during sensitive business calls and real estate negotiations.
  • Light Errands: Occasionally assist with dropping off real estate signs, lockboxes, or picking up lunch/coffee on busy days.

What We Are Looking For

  • No personal vehicle required! You just need a valid driver's license and a spotless Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to operate the agent's car.
  • Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
  • Flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week, which will occasionally include weekend hours for open houses.
