From our full bar & grille to the push-button service in our modern recliners. Olio Italian is an upscale, Italian dining concept with a full bar and private event space. Our experience offers guests an authentic sampling of Italian cuisine, as well as Old and New World Wines, available to be served family style or by individual order.

Replenish is small local coffee shop operating out of the Kenwood Collection.
Job Description: The basic purpose of the position is to manage the Maintenance Department of the facility along with its staff of team (janitorial and cleaning) members to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production while controlling department expenses and creating the safest working environment possible. The expected results would be to reach pre-determined performance goals which would help the company maximize production and profitability and utilize assets to their fullest.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous Maintenance experience in a commercial environment
Ability to travel to various sites as needed (a valid driver's license)
Knowledge of Electrical and electronic principles
Knowledge of Preventive maintenance procedures
Supervisor experience over a team of 5 or more
Knowledge in technology of movie theater equipment
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to work on your feet for consistent 10 hour shifts
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
Minimum of 45 hours a week
Must have high school diploma, or GED
Job Responsibilities:
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (janitorial)
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Maximize the interior and exterior appearance of the property within budget guidelines
Train and effectively manager all personnel
Communicate effectively with all personnel, contractors, and vendors
Assist in any other maintenance duties within his/her capability as requested by management
Quarterly deep cleanings of carpets, theaters, cement, etc..
All projects as designated by General Managers and Director of Operations
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; eg. OSHA, ADA, etc.
Promotes and conducts good housekeeping.
Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
Understand and implement safety programs.
Ability to work independently and prioritize.
Learn and execute weekly, and monthly theater projector maintenance.
Support and complete tasks as assigned by Systems Manager.
