Position Description

This position will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventory and inventory transactions for both finished goods and raw materials.

Location

The position is based at DrinkPAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Type

Full Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt

Responsibilities
  • Tracks and monitors production line consumption of packaging material.
  • Measures batching scrap rate by conducting post batch cycle count.
  • Effectively communicates results and variances to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Receive and transfer material within Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Updates and prints pallet tags within WMS.
  • Ensures that finished goods are stored and shipped correctly by adhering to company policy.
  • Manages inventory transfers across multiple sites.
  • Conducts and analyzes post-production inventory reconciliation to track waste and ensure accuracy of the system.
  • Ensures proper product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Navigates through Drink Pak's system in order to successfully execute all daily inbound/outbound inventory and receiving tasks.
  • Ensures all finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts.
  • Completes systematic transactions of material movements from receiving into inventory, WIP, or non-conforming inventories.
  • Compiles reports by SKU, quantities, inventory locations, and validates systematic inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors in computation or counts and reports reasons for discrepancies.
  • Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
  • Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
  • Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's, and all Drink Pak's policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Associate's Degree+ preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing/warehouse environment; 2+ years preferred
  • Forklift Certification preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and cross check documentation
