What You Bring to the Table:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician with strong hands-on experience operating and maintaining Tetra Pak VTIS (Very Tall Injection System) aseptic processing equipment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in thermal pasteurization and aseptic processing within a beverage or food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of pasteurizers, VTIS systems, aseptic tanks, and related process equipment to ensure consistent product quality and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Tetra Pak VTIS aseptic processing systems, including sterilization cycles, aseptic hold procedures, and sterile boundary management
  • Perform skilled maintenance and diagnostics on thermal pasteurizers, heat exchangers, homogenizers, pumps, valves, and associated process equipment
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Alsafe aseptic tanks, including pressure regulation, CIP/SIP sequences, agitation, and sterile air/steam barrier systems
  • Monitor and verify critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow) to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Automation and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and process instrumentation
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
  • Document maintenance activities, process deviations, and equipment performance
