Position Summary
Cobalt Civil is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Transmission Line Drill Crew Laborer to support foundation drilling operations on transmission line and heavy civil construction projects. This position assists drill crews with site preparation, equipment support, material handling, and general labor duties in outdoor construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist drill operators and crew members during drilling operations
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and drilling supplies
  • Perform general labor duties including digging, cleanup, and site maintenance
  • Support equipment setup, mobilization, and daily maintenance
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Work closely with crew leaders and supervisors to maintain efficient operations
  • Travel Monday through Friday to project sites as required

Qualifications
  • Construction or heavy civil experience preferred
