Position : Coordination and Planning Consultant
Location : Alpharetta, GA - Onsite
Duration : 6 to 12 Months Contract
Coordination and Planning
  • Coordination and planning of environment hygiene and maintenance tasks across the WMT/Digital Direct technology footprint.
  • Coordinate activities and timing with application and component owners as well as teams/roles engaged in execution to meet required deliverables and dates.
  • Schedule, conduct, and attend meetings as required to meet service deliverables and execution targets.
  • Maintain hygiene and maintenance reporting and dashboards for planning/timing, execution status, and compliance state.
  • Participate in required planning meetings with customers, team members, risk teams, etc.
  • Ensure hygiene and maintenance processes and procedures comply with corporate policy and solution standards.
  • Collaborate with service owners and control organizations to take in requirements, such as new vulnerabilities and remediation service targets, and adjust plans to accommodate delivery to meet SLO's.
  • Maintain risk and issues log and work with the MS Management team to mitigate/resolve.
  • Leverage JIRA planning tools and ITSM Change Management tooling to comply with records management requirements.
  • Capture and manage to completion any issues/incidents that occur based on hygiene and maintenance task execution.
  • Conduct regular review sessions to evaluate productivity and effectiveness and collaborate with aligned teams on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future references.
  • Hygiene and Maintenance task coverage to include but not limited to:

o Vulnerability management and remediation
o OS and application patching
o Password rotation
o Configuration consistency
o Complex system reboots
o Baseline configuration and security standards drift management
o Package and deployment setting environment parity and drift management
o Binding inaccuracy remediation
o SW EOL upgrades and remediation
o Asset decommissioning status
o BIOS/Firmware updates
