Responsibilities Knowledge and Skills: 2-3 years experience in an administrative position Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Awareness of National, State, and Local building code requirements is a plus! Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills Ability to take multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of people Ability to take the initiative and exercise independent judgment Possess a team player mentality Experience with a residential homebuilder is a plus! High school education required; College degree preferred --may consider degree with other related residential homebuilding experience.
