Technical Trainer
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Local Candidates Required? : Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first)
Duration: 12 month contract
Interview Process: phone + F2F

MUST HAVE:
3+ years' experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning
Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:
oAdobe Presenter
oArticulate
oStoryline
oAdobe Captivate, etc
Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models
Working knowledge of at least one LMS
Experience developing storyboards
Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
NICE TO HAVE:
Bachelor's or Master's degree or certification in instructional design, educational
technology or similar subject area
Experience with SharePoint LMS
