• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that encourage client engagement and foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as needed to reflect changing needs.
• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation consistent with regulatory guidelines, thereby promoting efficient administration and care continuity.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Dream Path Wellness Inc, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) from the State Board to provide independent therapy services, free from supervision.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling is required, showcasing your ability to effectively engage with and support clients.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
