Scotts Valley, California (Just Minutes from Santa Cruz)

Join a supportive school team in the beautiful Scotts Valley area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with both elementary and high school students while enjoying the natural beauty and coastal lifestyle of the Santa Cruz region.

Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Scotts Valley (near Santa Cruz)
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Student Population: Elementary & High School
Caseload: Approximately 45–50 students
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
School-based experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
