Draw inspectors may also review modifications and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a Draw Inspector in the construction industry?

A Draw Inspector is responsible for visiting active construction sites to verify that work has been completed according to project milestones and that disbursement requests align with actual progress. Their day often includes reviewing construction documents, conducting on-site inspections, taking photographs, and preparing detailed reports for lenders or stakeholders. Regular communication with project managers, contractors, and lending institutions is essential to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate funding.
