We are seeking a skilled Permanent Installer to support our custom, permanent drapery track installations. This role is ideal for individuals with construction, carpentry, or event installation experience who are comfortable using power tools and working at heights. Permanent Installers are responsible for the installation of permanent drapery track systems in venues such as theaters, studios, event spaces, and commercial environments. This role requires technical skill, precision, and strict adherence to safety standards while working with ladders, lifts, and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install permanent drapery track systems according to project specifications and company standards
  • Measure, layout, and mount track systems to ceilings, walls, or structural supports
  • Safely operate power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)
  • Work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to install overhead systems
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, and properly aligned
  • Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
  • Communicate clearly with team leads and project managers
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
